AND 75-24 BY CHANGING TEE ZONING DISTRICT
ClaSSIFICATION OF THE PROPERTY DESCRTBED
BELOW IN SECTION 35, TOWNSHIP 52 SOUTH,
RANGE 30 EAST, COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA,
FR~! "A" AGRICULTURAL TO "I" INDUSTRIAL
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, Jack & Evelyn Shealey, owners of the property
hereinafter described, petitioned~the Board of County Commissioners
of Collier County, Florida, to change the zoning classification
of the real property hereinaft'~r described,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
CO~5qISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA: ,~
SECTION ONE:
The Zoning Classification of the herinbelow described real
property in Collier County, Florida, is changed from "A"
Agricultural District to "I" Industrial District and the Official
Zoning Atlas described in Ordinance Nos. 74-42 and 75-24 is
hereby amended accordingly:
Commencing at the intersection of the West line
of the East half (E }) of the West half (W })
of the East half (E }) of the East half (E }) of
Section 35, Township 52 South, Range S0 East,
Collier County, Florida, with the southerly right-
hr-way of U.S. Highway No. 41 (Tamiami Trail)
the same being 150 feet southerly of the base
lane as shown on the right-of-way map' thereof
prepared by the Road Department of the State of
Florida, run southeast along the said southerly
right-of-way line for a distance of 900 feet to
a point of beginning; thence continue southeast
along the east described line for a distance of
'149.06 feet, thence run south and parallel t~he~
east line .of Section 35 for a distance of 30{~ee~ ~
to a point'; thence run northwest along a lin~m~m ca, ----
parallel to said southerly right-of-way line ~ ~ [-"
