VIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF COLLIER COUNTY,. FLORIDA;
SECTION ONE: Creationr Purposet Taxing Authority.
1. The "Victoria Park One Municipal Service Taxing
Unit" is hereby created, with boundaries described as
follows:
Victoria Park One, as recorded in
Plat Book 11, Pages 7.and 8 of the
public records of Collier County.
2. The Taxing Unit hereby created and established
is for the purpose of maintaining drainage and water control
facilities and equipment. Said Taxing Unit shall have the
authority to levy ad valorem taxes as prescribed by~'law.
SECTION 'I~n70: Governing Board~ Powers and Duties.
The governing board of the Taxing Unit shall be the
Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida
with the power and duty to conduct the affairs of the Taxing
Unit as prescribed by Florida Statutes.
SECTION THREE:
1. This Ordinance shall be liberally construed to
effectuate its public purpose.
2. If any portion, phrase or word of this Ordinance
is held invalid or unconstitutional, the remaining parts
shall not be affected.
SECTION FOUR: Effective Date.
This Ordinance shall not become effect'lye unti~fter_, ~'
adoption, filing with.the Secretary of State, and ~.~ '~
receipt of official acknowledgment from the Secreta~of ~ ~T~
State of the certification by the Board 'of County C~e-~_ ~
sioners of Collier County and its Clerk that this O~nan~
was approved. ' ~,- ~
