NOW, TIIE~FORE BE IT ORDAINED BY TIIE BOARD OF COUNTY
CO~ISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA=
SECTION ONE:
1. Subsection 5-b of Ordtnanc~ 74-45 ts hereby changed to
road as follows:
"b, Term: Each form of appointment shall be for
a pzriod of two (2) years except on~ (1) each of th~ initial
food industry and non-food industry appoin~ents shall b~ for
a p~riod of onz (1) yaar. Any appointed member may be r~moved
by four (4) affirzativ~ vot~s of th~ Board of Coun%y Co~tsstoners.
Failure to attend two (2) consecutive or three (3) meetings within
a 12-month period shall constitute a r~signation unless majority
of the Food Establishment Review Board vote approval for Justi-
fiable reasons."
2. Subsection 5-c-2 of Ordinance 74-45 is hereby~han~
to read as followst ~ ~ ~ .
"2. Hold meetings as requir(~d at a time, date an~lac: J ~
convenient to the Board as dete~ined by majority vot~ Em~-' ''
gency meetings shall be held as dete~ined by the Cha~an ~
after eight (8) hours telephone notice, or attempted notice,
to the telephone numbers furnished by each member."
SECTION TWO: Effective Date.
This Ordinance shall become effective upon receipt of
notice that it is filed with tho. So.crotary of Stat~.
