This Temporary Construction Easement is granted for the express purpose of providing Grantee temporary access to Grantor's lands for the purpose of excavating, placing, operating, removing and storing material and equipment during the construction and installation of utility facilities and improvements on said lands. This Easement shall expire upon completion and acceptance of the improvements. Grantee shall restore the surface of the Easement Area after construction has been completed.
