ORDINANCE NO. 74-42, COMPREHENSIVE
ZONING REGULATIONS FOR THE UNINCORPORATED
AREAS OF THE COASTAL AREA PLANNING DISTRICT
OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, BY CHANGING

SECTION T[~O:
Conflict, Soverance¢ Construction and Penalty_~
In the event this Ordinance confli'cts with other applicable law, the
moro re.'~trictivo shall apply. If any part of this Ordinance conflicts
with any part, it shall bo severed and the remainder shall have full
force and effect and bo liberally construed· "
If any section subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or portion
of this Ordinance is, for any reason held invalid or unconstitutional
by any court of competent jurisdiction, such portion shall be deeme
a separate, distinct and independent provfs~on and such holding sha~l
not affect tho validity of tho remaining port fen thereof.
The provisions of this Ordinance shall be deemed an exercise of
the police power of Collier County for tho protection of the publi~
he,.~lth, safety and welfare and therefore shall be liberally construed
to accomplish that purpose and implement the lo~lslatlve ~ntent and
dec ].~ r~ t ion.
If such a violation is continuing, each day's violation or separate
act shall be a separate offense.
Effective Date: T~ls Ordinance shall take effect upon receipt of notice
from thc Secret~ry of State that this Ordinance has been filed with the
Secretary of State.
