SECTION ONE: Creation~ .Purpose, .Tax_ing Authority.~
The District 2/Northwest Collier MST Unit is hereby created,
with boundaries described as follows:
Zeginntng at the intersection of the Easterly Shoroline
of the Cull of Mexico with the Townsht~ Line between
Townships 47 and 48 South, Tallahassee Meridian, Collier
County, Florida, (Collier-Lee County Line); thence East
along tho said Township Line to the Northeast corner of
Section 5, Township 48 South, Range 25 East, Coll~er-~ee
County Line; thence South along the East Line of said
Section 5 (Collier-Lee County Line) to the Northwest
corner of Section 9, Township 48 South, Range 25 East;
thence East approximately 10 miles (Collier-Lee County
Line) to the Range Line between Ranges 26 and 27 East;
thence South along ~aid Range Line to the Township Line
between Townships 48 and 49 South; thence West along said
Township Line to the Northeast Corner of Section 4,

The governing board of the Taxin90nib shalZ be the Board
of County Comm~ssioners of Collier Count7~ Florida w~th the
power and duty to conduct the affairs of the Unit as prescribed
by Florida Statutes.
1. This Ordinance shall be liberally construed to
effectuate its public purpose.
2. If any portion, phrase or word of this Ordinance is
held invalid or unconstitutional, the remaining parts shall
not be affected.
SECTZON FOUnt Effective Date.
This Ordinance shall not become effective until after
adoption, filing with the Secreta~M of State, and u~on receipt
of o~ficial acknowledgment from the Secretary of State of the
certification hy the Board of County Commissioners of Collier
County and its Clerk that this Ordinance was approved.
