AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 74-28 BY
REDUCING THE PENALTY FOR UNPAID BILLS AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE THEREFOR.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
SECTION ONE:
That Section 12 of Ordinance 74-28 be amended to read
as follows:
"Section 12. PAYMENT OF FEES AND BILLS REQUIRED.
Bills for the monthly charges and fees hereinbefore
mentioned shall be payable twenty (20) days after
billing. If such monthly bill shall be and remains
unpaid on and after thirty (30) days after billing,
a penalty of $}8T88 $1.00 shall be imposed and added
to said bill. Sa~-pena~y-she~-be-~mp~un~ed. A__n
additional ~1.00 shall be added monthly until sewage
~isposal fees are fully paid, 6ogether with said
penalty."
SECTION TWO:
This Ordinance shall take effect when the Board
County Commissioners of Collier County, 'Florida has
received notice from the Secretary of State that thisbe'
Ordinance has been filed with the Secretary of State.
