WHEREAS, George P. Langford/ representing Ruth E. Brashear and
Ralph B. Samson for the benefit of Mobil Oil Corporation, owners of
the hereinafter described property, pet~tioned the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida, to change the Zoning
Classification of the real property hereinafter described.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY CO~.tISSIONERS
OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA:
SECTION ONE:
1. The zoning Classification of the hereinbelow de~Lbe~r~-~

property in Collier County, ~lorida, is changed from "A" ~icu~
to "GRC" General Retail Co~ercial and the Official Zonin~tla~
Number 51-26-2 described in Ordinance Number 76-30 is hereby amended
accordingly:
From the Northeast corner of the Northwest quarter,
Section 3, Township 51 South, Range 26 East, Collier
County, Florida, run with the Section Line, North
89023'53'' West a distance of 446.45 feet to the West
right-of-way line of State Road 951; thence, with
said right-of-way line,.South 35040'08'' West a distance
of 997.54 feet to the true Point of Beginning. Thence
continuing with the the road right-of-way line, South
35040'08'' West a distance of 220.0 feet to its inter-
section with the North right-of-way line of State Road
90(Tamiami Trail); thence, with the Trail right-of-way
line, North 54°20'16'' West a distance of 220.0 feet;
thence North 35040'08'' East a distance of 220.0 feet;
thence South 54°20'16'' East a distance of 220.0 feet
to the Point of Beginning.
SECTION TWO:
This Ordinance shall become effective upon receipt of notice that it
has been filed with the Secretary of State.
