Ail ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 76-30
THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING REGULATIONS FOR
THE UNINCORPORATED AREA FOR THE'COASTAL
AREA PLANNING DISTRICT OF COLLIER COUNTY,
FLORIDA, AMENDING SECTION 14 PROVISIONAL
USES BY REMOVING THE REQUIREMENTS FOR A
PUBLIC HEARING BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COM-
MISSIONERS PRIOR TO GRANTING A PROVISIONAL
USE AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Coastal Area Planning Commission'of Collier
County, Florida, petitioned the Board of County Commissioners of
Collier County, Florida, to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Regu-
lations for the unincorporated area of the Coastal Area Planning
District of Collier County, Florida as hereinafter described:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County
Commbtssioners of Collier County, Florida:
SECTION ONE:
1. The Comprehensive Zoning Regulations for the unincorpo-
rated area of the Coastal Area Planning District of Collier County,
Florida, Ordinance No. 76-30 is amended as hereinafter~sc~be~.~
SECTION 14 Provisional Uses is amended by am~lng ~.
subparagraph 3 as follows: ~.~ ~ ~
' 3. BOARD ACTION ON PLANNING COMMISSION REPORT~ ~ ~
Upon receipt of the Planning Commission's -~
report and recommendation, the Board shall,~,a~ '~
by resolution, approve or deny petition for
a provisional use.
SECTION TWO:
This ordinance shall become effective u~on receipt of notice
that it has been filed with the Secretary of State.
