AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 74-14
AMENDING THE ATLAS OF MAPS OF THE IMMOKALEE
AREA PLANNING DISTRICT BY CHANGING THE ZONING
DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION OF THE PROPERTY HERE-
INBELOW DESCRIBED FROM "I-A-2" TO "I-MHSD"
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE: ,
WHEREAS, Fred Edenfield, owner of the property herein-
after described, petitioned the Board of County Commissioners of
Collier County, Florida, to change the zoning classification of
the real property hereinafter ~escribed.
NOW, TP~REFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Flolida:
SECTION 0NE:
I. The zoning classification of the hereinbelow described
real property in Collier County, Florida, is changed from "I-A-2"
to "I-MHSD" and the Official Zoning Atlas described as Exhibit "A"
of Ordinance No. 74-14 is hereby amended accordingly:
Tracts l, 2, and 3, Eden Park as described
in Plat Book 4, page ?0, Collier County
