AM ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 74-1;$ AMENDING
THE ATLAS OF MAPS OF THE IMMOKALEE AREA PLANNING
DISTRICT BY CHANGING THE ZONING DISTRICT CLASSIFI-
CATION OF THE PROPERTY HEREINBELOW DESCRIBED FROM
"I-A-I" AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT TO "I-MF-2" IMMOKALEE
MULTI-FAMILY DISTRICT AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE:
WHEREAS, Fred Edenfield, representing the Collier County
Housing Authority, owners of the property hereinafter described,
petitioned the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County,
Florida, to change the zoning classification of the real property
hereinafter described.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA:
SECTION ONE:
1. The Zoning Classification of the hereinbelow described real
property in Collier County, Florida, is changed from "I-A-l" to
"I-MF-2" and the Official Zoning Atlas described as Exh~t~q~_ t "~' of
The SER of the NE% of Section 11, Township
South, Range 29 East.
SECTION TWO:
This ordinance shall become effective upon receipt of notice
that it has been filed with the Secretary of State.
