AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 74-14 AMENDING
THE ATLAS OF MAPS OF THE IMMOKALEE AREA PLANNING
DISTRICT BY CHANGINO THE ZONING DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION
OF THE PROPERTY HEREINBELOW DESCRIBED FROM "I-C-3" TO
"I-MHSD" AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE:
WIIEREAS, LEON PLUNKETT, owner of the property hereinafter
described, petitioned the Board of County Commissioners of Collies
County, Florida, to change the zoning classification of the real
property hereinafter described.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA:
SECTION ONE:
1. The Zoning classification of the hereinbelow described
real property in Collier County, Florida, is changed from "I-C-3"
to "I-MHSD" and the Official Zoning Atlas described as Exhibit "A"
of Ordinance No. 74-14 is hereby amended accordingly:
The W% of the NE% of the SE% of the SW~ less
the West 30' in Section 3, Township 47 South,
Range 29 East.
SECTION TWO:
This ordinance shall become effective upon notice that
it has been filed with the Secretary of State.
