AN ORDINANCE A~NDINO ORDINANCE NO. 72-1,
AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE COLLIER COUNTY
LIGHTING DISTRICT, TO PROVIDE STREET LIGHT-
ING IN NAPLES MOBILE ESTATES SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER
COLg~TY, FLORIDA~
Section 1. Section I of Collier County Ordinance No. 72-1,
creating the Collier County Lighting Distric~, is hereby amended
to include the area lying within the boundaries of the Naples
Mobile Estates Subdivision, more particularly described as:
Lots I through 118, Block B, Naples Mobile
Estates; Lots ~ through 48, Block A, Naples
Hobile Estates, Lots i through 12, Block C,
Naples Mobile Estates; Tracts A and B of
Naples Mobile Estates as recorded in Plat
Book 10, Page 91 of the official records of
Collier County, Florida.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect upon receipt
by the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida,
of acknowledgment by the Secretary of State that it has been filed.
