RESOLUTION NO. 2011 - 1 30
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA,
APPOINTING RENEE DARCY, DOUGLAS L.
ALLEMONG, AND DANIEL J. WING TO THE ROCK
ROAD IMPROVEMENT MUNICIPAL SERVICE TAXING
UNIT ADVISORY COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 2011-22 established the Rock Road
Improvement Municipal Service Taxing Unit Advisory Committee to assist the Board of
County Commissioners in carrying out the purposes of the Rock Road Improvement Municipal
Service Taxing Unit (MSTU); and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 2011-22 provides that this Advisory Committee shall
consist of three members who generally represent the area within the MSTU; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 2011-22 also provides that the initial terms on this
Advisory Committee shall be two members appointed for two-year terms, and one member
appointed for a three-year term; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice
soliciting applications from interested parties; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the initial appointments to the
Rock Road Improvement Municipal Service Taxing Unit Advisory Committee are as follows:
1. RENEE DARCY is hereby appointed to serve a two-year term, said term to expire on
July 26,2013.
2. DOUGLAS L. ALLEMONG is hereby appointed to serve a two-year term, said term to
expire on July 26, 2013.
3. DANIEL J. WING is hereby appointed to serve a three-year term, said term to expire
on July 26,2014.
THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED after motion, second and majority vote on this the
26th day of July, 2011.
