NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDAt SECTION ONEI Ordinance No. 74-29 Park Shore Unit 2, Planned Unit Development (PUD) is hereby modified as followst 1. Modify IV b.4 Minimum Offstreet Parking as follows~ 1.75 spaces per dwelling unit' which may be located on the building site and/or within the adjoining parking commons. An additional 0.25 parking spaces per dwelling unit shall he planned for future development, if needed, and until needed shall be used as landscaped open space. 2. Modify IV e. Platted Blocks 14 & 15 as followsi Delete the followtng~ Each of the platted blocks constitutes a site for a 33 dwelling unit, 66 off,freer parking space, mmltiple-family complex not exceeding three stories in height. Minimum dwelling unit floor area shall be 1,500 square feet. And amend as followsl Each of the platted blocks constitutes" a site for 23 dwelling unit multiple-family comple~ot~xceeding three stories in height.
