zoning districts within precinct 4 by tho addition of RP
all present base zoning distrlcts and the Off,cia1 Zoning
Atlas described in Section 4 of Ordinances Nos. 74-42 and
75-24 i~ h~reby amended ac~oTd~ngly~
LEGAL DESCRIPTION AS ~CORDED IN O.R. BOOK 55.~ PAG~ 198;
Beginning at the intersection of the Easterly shorol~.ne
of the Gulf of M~xico, with the centerline of Harco Pass
lying in Township 52 South, Range 25 East, Tallahassee
Meridian, Collier County, Florida; thence Northeasterly,
East and Southeasterly along the centorline of Marco Pass
and Marco River to the East line of Section 10, TownDhip
52 South, Range 26 East; thence South along ~he Section
lines to the ~outheast corner of Section 34, Township 53
South, Range 26 East~ thence West between Townships 53
and 54 South to the Easterly shoreline of the Gulf of
