WHEREAS, The coeatal Area Planning Commiss£on of Collier County, Florida, petitioned the Board of County Comm~salonera of Collier County, Florida, to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Regulations for the unincorporated a~ea of the Coastal Area Planning .District of Collier County, Florida, as hereinafter described: NOW THEP~EFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY TNE BOARD OF COUNTY COS~ISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, SECTION ONE= The Comprehensive Zoning Regulations for the unincorporated areas of the Coastal Area Planning Distric~ of Collier County, Florida, Ordinance No. 74-42 and Ordinance No. 75-24 are amended as hereinafter described= .'' SECTION 21, "RS" Residential, Single Family ks amende4 by amend//~g Paragraph 2.B (1) as follows: (1) Private boat houses and docks, with or without boat hoists, on canal or waterway lots, not protruding more than five (5) feet into the canal or waterwa~ unless such canal or waterway has a width of one hundred (100) feet or more, then the dock may pro~ twenty (20) feet into such canal or waterway of su~ . additional length as may be justified to the Direc~ ba~ed on water depth, currents, unusual land conto~ or configuration or some other natural condition. SECTION 22, "RM-I" Residential, Multi-Family District is amended COLLI(R OFF by amending Paragraph 2..
