WHEREAS, Robert E. Forsythe, President of Palm River Estates,
Inc. ,Owner of the property hereinafter described, petitioned the
Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida, to change
the Zoning Classification of the real property hereinafter described.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY C05~4ISSIONERS
OP COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

1. The Zoning Classification of the hereinbelow described
real property in Collier County, Florida, is changed from "RS-3-GR"
Residential Single Family Group Housing to "RS-3" Residential
