AN ORDINANCE REPEALING COLLIER COUNTY
ORDINANCE NO. 73-13 AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
~'~]EREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 73-13 establ
dwelling unit maxAmum density levols, setbacks, maximum lot
coverages and minimum floor areas for multi-family residential
dwellings was adopted b~Sthe Board of County Commissioners on
July 17, 1973, and
~.~IEREAS, said Ordinance was adopted for the purpose of
providing interim regulations pending the completion of a
comprehensive development plan for the coastal area of Collier
County, and
~EREAS, said comprehensive plan was adopted by Colller
County in October, 1974, and
~;EREAS, the purposes of said Ordinance have been fulfilled
through the adoption of the comprehehsive plan.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
CO~C~ISSIOHERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA TEAT Ordinance 73-13
is hereby repealed.
This Ordinance shall take effect as provided by law.
