WHEREAS, The Coastal Area Planning Co~issior. of
Coilic£ County, Florida, petitioned thc Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida to amend Section 20,
Paragraph 7.D(2) of the Comprehensive Zoning Regulations
for thc unincorporated areas of the Coastal Area Planning
District of Collier County, Florida, as hereinafter des-
cribed.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMmiSSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA:
SECTION ONE:
1. The Comprehensive Zoning Regulations for the un-
incorporated arcas of the Coastal Area Planning District of
Collier County, Florida, and Ordinance No. 74-42 & 75-24, Section
8, Paragraph 7.D(2) is amended as hereinafter described:
Section 20, Signs is amended by
amending paragraph 7.D(2) as follows:
(2) One Class "$" on-premise
sign for lots with one hundred fifty
(150) feet or more of frontage. On
corner lots, the two street frontages
may be combined to meet the one hundred
fifty (150) feet or more requirement.
Maxim~ height, twenty-five (25) feet.
SECTION %70:
This Ordinance shall take effect upon receipt of notice
that it has been filed with the Secretary of State.
