HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED AND LOCATED AT-
THE WEST END OF LONGBOAT DRIVE ON TH~
SOUTH SIDE OF GOLDEN GATE CANAL IN
COCONUT RIVER SUBDIVISION UNIT #1 ~
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. ,~
WHEREAS, Ernest G. Kanelos, Vice-President of.:~an~hester
Investments, Inc., petitioned the Board of County Commissioners
Collier County, Florida, to change the Zoning Classification of the
real property hereinafter"described;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDA/NED by the Board of County Commissioners
of Collier County, Florida:
SECTION ONE:
The Zoning Classification of the herein described real property
in Coliier County, Florida is changed from "A" Agriculture to "RS-4"
Residential Single and the Official Zoning Atlas Map Number 49-25-7
is hereby amended accordingly:
Beginning at the NW corner of Lot 1 of Coconut
River Unit #1 according to the plat thereof as
recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 58, Collier
County Public Records; thence along the West
line of said Coconut River Unit #1, South
0°41'50" East 662.27 feet; thence along the
South line of the N½ of the N½ of the NW¼ of
Section 35, Township 49S, Range 25E, Collier
County, Florida, South 89°44'20" West 1601.20
feet to the West line of said Section 35; thence
along the Southeasterly line of that parcel as
conveyed by Warranty Deed recorded in Official
Record Book 159, Page 393, N64O31'35" East
1555.06 feet to the North line of said Section
35; thence along the North line of Said Section
35, N89°48'20'' Easr 188.94 feet to the Place of
Beginning; less that part of the above described
parcel lying South of the thread of the Coconut
River~ being a part of the N½ of the N½ of the
NW¼ of Section 35, Township 49S, Range 25E,
Collier County, Florida; subject to easements and
restrictions of record and to that certain ease-
ment for drainage canal as recorded in Official
Record Book 121, Page 159; also subject to the
rights of the Gordon River and or so-called
Coconut River; containing 9.6 acres more or less.

SECTION TWO:
This Ordinance shall become effective upon receipt of notice
that it has been filed with the Secretary of State.
