THE ATLAS OF MAPS OF THE IMMOKALEE AREA PLANNING
DISTRICT BY CHANGING THE ZONIN~ DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION
OF THE PROPERTY HE~IMBELOW DESCRIBED FROM "I-A-2" TO
"I-C-2" AND PROVIDING ~ EFFECTI%rE DATE:
WHEREAS,Jim Moody,PreSident of Palmetto Park of Immokalee,Inc.,
petitioned the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County,Florida,
to change the zonin~ classification of the real property hereinafter
described.
OF COLLIER COUNTY,FLORIDA:
SECTION ONE:
1. The Zoning Classification of the hereinbel~3~v~!~scrib~d ~eal
property in Collier County,Florida,is changed from "~A-2" to__~I-C-2''
and ~he Official Z~ning Atlas,Page 47-29-2,described as Exhibit "A"
of Ordinance No. 74-14 is hereby amended accordingly:

This ordinance shall become effective upon receipt of notice that it has
been filed with the Secretary of State.
