THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING REGULATIONS
FOR THE UNINCORPORATED AREA OF THE
COASTAL AREA PLANNING DISTRICT BY
AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS MAPS
NUMBERS 48-25-7, 48-26, 51-26-2,
AND 51-27 BY CHANGING THE ZONING
DISTRICT CLASSIFICATIONS AS FOLLOWS:
FROM "A" AGRICULTURE TO "GRC" GENERAL
RETAIL COMMERCIAL A PARCEL OF LAND IN
SECTION 10, TOWNSHIP 51S, RANGE 26 E
AND A PARCEL OF LAND IN SECTION 27,
T51S, R27E AND ADJUSTING THE "ST"
SPECIAL TREATMENT BOUNDARIES ON THE
FOLLOWING PROPERTY: A PARCEL OF LAND
IN SECTION 25, T48S, R25E 'AND A PARCEL
· OF LAND IN SECTION 21, T48S, R26E AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Coastal Area Planning Commission peti~ne~h~
Board of County Commissioners to change the Zoning Dist~.~
fications of the property hereinafter described;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County~nmi-~
ioners of Collier County, Florida:
SECTION ONE:
The Zoning District Classification of the herein described
real propert~'es is changed from various zones to various zones and
the Official Zoning Atlas Maps Numbers 48-25-7, 48-26, 51-26-2 and
51--27 are hereby amended accordingly:
FROM "A" AGRICULTURE TO "GRC" GENERAL RETAIL COMMERCIAL:
The West 150.00 feet of the following described parcel:
That part of the N½ of the N½ of the SW% of Section 10,
Township 5lC, Range 26E, Collier County, Florida, lying
East of the present East right-of-way line of State Road
951.
AND
Commencing at the SE corner of Section 27, Township 51S,
Range 27E, thence run S89°19'13"W following the southerly
boundary of said section 255.65 feet to its intersection
with the centerline of pavement of State Road 90 (Tamiami
Trail); thence N48°23'15"W following said centerline of
pavement 908.81 feet to a boat spike marking the POB; thence
continuing N48°23'15"W 706.40 feet to a point marked by a
boat spike and being 62.53 feet S48°23'15"E from the inter-
section of said centerline of pavement of Tamiami Trail with
the centerline of State Road 92 (Marco Road); thence

N78°31'00"W 50 feet southerly from and parallel to centerline
of said road No. 92 following the southerly right-of-way
boundary line thereof a distance of 735.65 feet to a concrete
monument with a brass screw; thence S48°19'15"E 40.49 feet to
a concrete monument with a 3/4" galvanized iron pipe, said
monument being a reference marker to last named point; thence
continuing S48°19'15"E 460,10 feet to a concrete monument with
a brass cap; thence N89°22'05"E 800.73 feet to a concrete
monument with a 3/4" galvanized iron pipe, said monument being
the reference marker to the point of beginning; thence continuing
N89°22'05"E 74.33 feet to said point of beginning; all being
situate in SE quarter of said Section 27, Township 51S,
Range 27E, Tallahassee Meridian, Collier County, Florida, and
containing 8.15 acres more or less.
