AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 77-14 A~NDING THE
ATLAS OF MAPS OF THE IMMOKALEE AREA PLANNING DISTRICT
BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF THE PROPERTY
HEREINBELOW DESCRIBED FROM "I-A-l" TO "I-C-l" AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE:
WHEREAS,CLARENCE A. GRIFFEN,Owner of the property hereinafter
described,petitioned the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County,
Florida,to change the zoning classifiction of the real property hereinafter
described.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF COLLIER COUNTY,FLORIDA:
SECTION ONE:
1. The zoning classification of the hereinbelow des(~b_ ed%
property in Collier County,Florida,is changed from "I-A-l" t~
and the Official Zoning Atlas described as Exhibit "A" of Or~_~nc~
No. 74-14 is hereby amended accordingly:
