OF M~PS OF THE IMMOKALEE AREA PLANNING DISTRICT BY
CHANGING TIlE ZONING OF THE PROPERTY NEREINBELOW
DESCRIBED BY ADDING PROVISIONAL USE (6) TO THE
"I-MF-i" ZONING DISTRICT AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE:
WHEREAS,THE COLLIER COUNTY PUBLIC LIBRARY BOARD,petitioned
the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County,Florida,to add
Provisional Use (6) to the "I-MF-i" to the Zoning Classification
of the real property hereinafter described.
NOW,THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ~OUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY,FLORIDA: E
SECTION ONE:
1. The Zoning Classification of the hereinbel .~7'~.a~cri~
real property in Collier County,Florida,is changed to '~de
Provisional Use (6) of the "I-MF-i" zoning district an~ the Off~ial
Zoning Atlas described as Exhibit "A" of Ordinance 74-14 is hereby
amended accordingly:

SECTION TWO:
This Ordinance shall become effective upon receipt of notice
it is filed with the Secretary of State.
