Ordinance 77-47ORDINANCE NO. 77-47' ~ AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 76-30 THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING'REGULATIONS FOR THE UNINCORPORATED AREA OF THE COASTAL AREA PLANNING DISTRICT OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLOR/DA BY AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS MAPS NUMBER 51-26 and 51-26-2 BY CHANGING THE ZONI~ DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION OF THE PROPERTy: HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED FROM "MHSD" MOBI~ HOME SUBDIVISION TO "MHRP" MOBILE HOME RENTAL PARK: A PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED SECTIONS 10 and 11, TOWNSHIP 51 $OT~H, SOUTH'OF HENDERSON~CREEK SUBDIVISION PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the Henderson Creek Construction Compaq, petiti~ed the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida to change the Zoning Classification of the real property hereinafter described; NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida; SECTION ONE= The Zoning Classification of the hereinafter described real property in Collier County, Florida is changed from "M~SD" Mobile Home Subdivision to "MHRP" Mobile Home Rental park and the Official Zoning A~las Maps Number 51-26 and 51-26-2 as described in Ordinance 76-30 are hereby amended accordingly: ·hat part of the NE quarter of the NE quarter~'~ Section 10, lying South of Henderson Creek, an that part of the NW quarter of the NW quarter ~._ Section 11, lying South of Henderson, all ~n Florida, less and except, a~ portion of said NW~ quarter of the NW quarter of Section. 11 descri'.~ :~. ~.~ as follows: From the common corner of Section~ 2,3,10, and 11, Township 51South, R26East, Col er County, Florida, run S01o59'00"W, along the West line of said Section 11 for 894.62 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence S80o$4'00"E for 3.75 feet to a point of curvature; thence 85.52 feet along the arc of a curve, concave to the SW, having a radius of 430.00 feet and subtended by a chord having a length of 85.38 feet and bearing S75o12'08"E to a point, hereinafter referred to as Point Thence returning to the Point of Beginning, run S01°59'00#W for 60.50 feet; thence 121.80 feet along the arc of a curve, concave to the SW, having a radius of 370.00 feet and subtended by a chord having a length of 121.25 feet and bearing S70°53'22"E to a point of reverse curvature; thence run 374.07 feet along the arc of a curve, concave to the NW, having a radius of 300.00 feet and subtended by. a chord having a length of 350.30 feet and bearing.N82O49'12"EEto a point of compound curvature; thence ruz% 221.85 feet SECTION TWO: along the arc of a curve, concave to the NW, having a radius 284.47 feet and subtended by a chord having a length of 216.27 feet and bearing N24o45'28.5"E to a point of tangency; thence N02025'00"E for 105.00 feet, more or less, to a point in Henderson Creek; thence Southwesterly and Northwesterly through Henderson Creek; to a point lying.N09O06'00"E of the aforementioned Point "A"; thence s09o06'00"W for 220 feet more or less to the aforementioned Point "A#; thence 85.52 feet along the arc of a curve concave to the SW, having a radius of 430.00 feet and subtended by a chord having a length of 85.38 feet and bearing N75o12'08"W to a point of tangency; thence NS0°54'00"W for 3.7S feet to the Point of Beginning.
