PROVIDING FOR EbIERGENCY AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.

SECTION ONE:

BEGINNING. Containing 147.03 Acres, more or less.
Together with a 50 foot wide easement lying Norrherly of and
adjoining a line described as follows:
From tho POINT OF BEGINNING of said line at the aforemen-.
tioned Point "A", run S 88°58'$0"W, for 250.00 feet to the
POINT OF ENDING of said line on the West line of Sec:ion 34.
SECTION TWO. Effective Date and Waiver of Notice.
1. The Board of County Comiasioners hereby waives
notice requirements by a four-fifths (4/5) vote declaring
that an emergency exists necessitating the immediate enact-
ment of this Ordinance. The Clerk to the Board shall file
a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Department of
State as soon after its enactment as is practicable by regis-
tered, special delivery mail.
2. This Ordinance shall become effective upon being
accepted by the postal authority for delivery by registered
mail to the Department of State.
