GOLDEN GATE ESTATES; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.

SECTION 1.
amended by prohibiting the discharge of firearm~in the
following additional areas= pag,
Units 3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11, and 12 of Golden
Gate Estates as recorded in Plat Book 4,
73-80 and 91-106, Public Records of Collier
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon
receipt of notice from the Secretary of State that it
has been filed in accordance with law.
