AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINanCE 77-24
BY DELETING TIIAT SECTION ENTITLL~
"AMEND SECTION 27,FVR-FISHiNG VILLAGE
RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT" AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, on May 3, 1977 and on May 24, 1977, the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida, during advertised Public
Hearings, deleted that portion of Ordinance hereinafter described;
WHEREAS, due to typographical error that portion hereinafter described
was adopted as part of Ordinance 77-24;
N~, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Collier County, Florida;
SECTION ONE:
Ordinance 77-24 is hereby amended by deleting the following described
section and wording:
AMEND SECTION 27~FVR-FISHING VILLAGE RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT BY
DELETING THE FOLLOWING AND RENUMBERING ACCORDINGLY:
(7) Transient Lodging Facilities
SECTION TWO:
This Ordinance shall become effective upon receipt of notice that it
has been filed with the Secretary of State.
