ESTENSION AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Don C. Schwartz and Edward Beetem, petitioned the
Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida to change
the Zoning Classification of the real property hereinafter described;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners.

SECTION ONE:
The Zoning Classification of the hereinafter descrl~ re~
property in Collier County, Florida, is changed from "A"~ric~tu~'to
"GC" Golf Course and the Official Zoning Atlas Map Numbe~8-2~8
described in Ordinance 76-30 is hereby amended accordingly:
A parcel of land in Section~ 27 and 34, Township 48 South,
Range 25 East, Collier County, Florida, described as follows:
From the intersection of the Northerly Right-of-Way line of
Hickory Road, and the West line of Section 34, Township 48S,
Range 25E, run easterly along said Northerly Right-of-Way line
of Hickory Road being also the Northerly boundary of Pine
Ridge Second Extension, as recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 86,
of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, the followin~

curvature; 988.56 feet along the arc of a cruve, concave to the
South, having a radius of 6030 feet and subtended by a chord
having a length ~f 987.45 feet and bearing S86°17'37"E to a point

of the hereafter described, parcel; thence run the following courses

From the Point of Beginning of said line at the aforementioned

SECTION TWO:
This ordinance shall become effective upon receipt of notice
that it has been filed with the Secretary of State.
