FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY WHICH IS L~ATED ~ ---
JUST NORTH OF N~LES ~MORI~ GARDENS ON THE ~ ~ ~
EAST SIDE OF SR-901: A PARCEL OF LAND ~CATED~ ~ ~
IN THE SW% OF SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 48 SOUTH, ~ '~'
~NGE 25 EAST AND PROVIDING ~ EFFECTIVE DATE~ -~
WHEREAS, John J. Drotos, petitioned the Board of County Co~issione~
of Collier County, Florida to change the Zoning Classification of the
real property hereinafter described;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners
of Collier County, Florida;
SECTION ONE:
The Zoning Classification of the hereinbelow described real property
is changed from "A" Agriculture to "RS-i" Residential Single Family and
the Official Zoning Atlas Map Number 48-25-5 as described in Ordinance
76-30 is hereby amended accordingly:
From the point of beginning at the intersect~on o~_the
South line of the N% of the S½ of the NW~ o~_~e ~% of
Section 21, Township 48 South, Range 25
County, Florida, and the easterly right of
State Road S-901 run N89°57'30'' East along S~'~ S~
line for 1302.02 feet to the SE corner of sa~
S% of the NW% of the SW¼; thence N01~52'27" ~t ~on
the east line of said N% of the S% of the N~f
and its northerly extension for 399.92 feet,~en~
s89O57'30" West parallel with the South line~or ~-~4.38
feet to a point on said easterly right of way line of
SR-901; thence S0~12'44" East along said right of way
line for 400 feet to the point of beginning.
SECTION TWO:
This Ordinance shall become effective upon receipt of notice that
it has been filed with the Secretary of State.
