AN ORDINANCE AMENDING COLLIER CO'~"NTY ORDINANCF~
NO. 77-5; PROVIDING AN ADDITIONAL CATEGORY FOR
RATES TO BE CHARGED FOR USE OF MUNICIPAL SEWER
SERVICES WIT}tIN THE COUNTY WATER-SEWER DISTRICT,
SEWER DISTRICT "A"; PROVIDING FOR PENALTIES,
SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA that:
SECTION 1.
SECTION 5.A.2) Non-residential is hereby amended to read
follows:
Non-residential
Each facility shall be billed based upon
the total of the following units contained
therein.
a) Hotel, motel and trailer rental units:
Each unit
b) Commercial, office and industrial
toilet units (not to include indus-
trial waste}:
Each toilet unit

Section 2. Penalties. Violations of this Ordinance shall
be punished as provided by law for the violation of Coun'~
ordinances. In addition, the District or County may enfl~
the provisions of this Ordinance through appropriate jud~
Section 3. Conflict and Severability. In the event tht~
Ordinance conflicts with any other ordinance of Collier
or other applicable law the more restrictive shall apply. If
any phrase or portion of this Ordinance is held invalid or
unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, such
portion shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independent
provision and such holding shall not affect the validity of
the remaining portion.
Section 4. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect
upon receipt of notice that it has been filed with the Secretary
of State.

of Collier County, Florida, at its regular meeting held the
