AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 76-30 THE
COMPREIIENSIVE ZONING REGULATIONS FOR THE
UNINCORPORATED AREA OF THE COASTAL AREA
PLANNING DISTRICT BY AMENDING THE ZONING
ATLAS MAP NUMBER MI-2 BY CHANGING THE
ZONING DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION OF THE
FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY WHICH IS
LOCATED ON THE NW AREA OF MARCO ISLAND
BETWEEN BIG MARCO PASS AND COLLIER BAY:
GOVERNMENT LOT 4 OF SECTION 5 AND GOV-
ERNMENT LOTS 3 & 4 OF SECTION 6, TOW~-
SHIP 52 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST FROM "A-ST"
AGRICULTURE SPECIAL TREATMENT TO "RS-3"
RESIDENTIAL SINGLE FAMILY AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE:
W~EREAS, Deltona Corporation petitioned the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida to change the Zoning
Classification of the real property hereinafter described;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners
of Collier County, Florida;
SECTION ONE:
The Zoning Classification of the hereinbelow described real
property is changed from "A-ST" Agriculture Special Treatment to "RS-3"
Residential Single Family and the Official Zoning Atlas Map Number MI-2
as described in Ordinance 76-30 is hereby amended accordingly.'
Government Lot 4, Section 5 and Government _~s
3 and 4, Section 6, Township 52 South, Rang~6
East.
SE ION TWO:
This Ordinance shall become effective upon receipt
that it has been filed with the Secretary of Statg.
