ORDINANCE 77 - 23
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORD.INANCE 76-30 THE
COMPREIIENSIVE ZONING REGULATIONS FOR T~TE
UNINCORPORATED AREA OF THE COASTAL AREA
PLANNING DISTRICT BY ADJUSTING T}?E "ST"-
SPECIAL TREATMENT BOUNDARY ON PROPERTY
LOCATED IN SECTION 27, TOWNSHIP 49 SOUTH,
RANGE 25 EAST AND AMENDING THE ZONING
ATLAS MAP NUMBER 49-25-8 ACCORDINGLY AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Coastal Area Planning Commission petitioned the
Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida to adjust
the Special Treatment Boundary of the real property hereinafter
described;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners
of Collier County, Florida;
SECTION ONE:
The Special Treatment Boundary of the herelnbelow described
real property is changed and the Official Zoning Atlas Map Number
49-25-8 as described in Ordinance 76-30 is hereby amended accordingly:
TO BE REMOVED FROM ST-SPECIAL TREATMENT:
Commencing at the NE corner of Section 27, T49S, R25E,
run West 730' along the section line, South 605',
S30°East 620', South 1010', S30°West 560', South 330',
East 250', South 120', S30°West 1150', South 340', West
75', South 470', S30°West to section line, East along
section line 800', North 540', N60~est 460', North 380',
N30°East 1620', North 2700' along section line to POB.
TO BE PLACED IN ST-SPECIAL TREATMENT:
Commencing at the SE corner of Section 27, T49S, _~
run West along the South section line 660', to PO~=
thence North 330', N30°East to east section line,-~
North along the east section line to the NE cornez~.
thence West 730 , South 605 , S3O East 620 , South~

SECTION TWO:
This Ordinance shall become effective upon receipt of
notice that it has been filed with the Secretary of State.
