AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 76-30
THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING P~EGULATIONS
FOR THE UNINCORPORATED AREA OF THE
COASTAL AREA PLANNING DISTRICT AND
ORDINANCE 77-7 THE PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE FOR WILDERNESS
COUNTRY CLUB BY CORRECTING THE LEGAL
DESCRIPTION OF PARCEL 3 AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE:
WHEREAS, William Vines representing Wilderness Country Club,
petitioned the Board of County Commissioners to correct the legal
description contained in Ordinance 77-7 for property known as Parcel
3;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Co~=nissioners
of Collier County, Florida;
SECTION ONE:
The legal description for Parcel 3 described in Ordinate
is hereby amended accordingly:
A portion of Lots 17, 18, and 19, Naples Improvem~
Company's Little Farms, more particularly describe%%
as follows:
