BY ADDING CERTAIN LANDS OF MARCO BEACH TO
THE COLLIER COUNTY LIGHTING DISTRICT,
PROVIDING FOR CONSTRUCTION AND AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA:
SECTION I
Collier County Ordinance No. 72-1 is hereby amended by
adding the following described land to the Collier County
Lighting District:
Lots 7 and 8, Block 116; Lots 1 and 2, Block 115;
Lots 15 through 29, inclusive, Block 117, all being
located in Marco Beach Unit 4 as recorded in Plat
Book 6, Pages 32 through 37 of the Public Records
of Collier County, Florida, and
Lot 1, Block 86; Lots 1 through 6, inclusive, Block
85; Lot 10, Block 71; Lot 3, Block 72, all being
located in Marco Beach Unit 3 as recorded in Plat
Book 6, Pages 17 through 24 of the Public Records
of Collier County, Florida, and
Lot 1, Block 19; Lots 1 through 33, inclusive, Block
30; Lots 2 through 27, inclusive, Block 31; Lots
1 through 27, inclusive, Block 21; Lots 1 through
43, in~lusive, Block 33, all being located in Marco
Beach Unit 1 as recorded in Plat Book 6, Pages 9
through 16 of the Public Records of Collier County,
Florida, and __,~!~
Tract A; Lots 12 through 14, inclusive, Block 83
of Marco Beach Unit 5 as recorded in Plat Book 6,
County, Florida. ~
SECTION II
CONSTRUCTION
This Ordinance shall be liberally construed to effectuate
its public purpose.
If any portion, phrase or word of this Ordinance is
held invalid or unconstitutional, the remaining parts shall
not be affected.
SECTION III
EFFECTIVE DATE
Effective date of this Ordinance shall become effective
as provided by Law.
