RESOLUTION AtJTltORIZIUG EXECUTION OF A DEED
FOR THE RECONVEYANCE OF LANDS NOT USED
FOR THE PUBLIC PURPOSE SPECIF!ED l'lI'l'HIN A
PERIOD OF SIXTY MONTHS
WHEREAS, property has been conveyed to Collier
without receipt of valuable consideration to the donor: and
\qHEREAS, such property has not been used by the County for a
period of sixty consecutive months and there is no public
necessity for the property in the future: and
WHEREAS, Bill C. Grant and Mary M. Grant, husband and wife,
are the grantor'R Auccessors in title and own land adjoining the
previously conveyed land: and
WHEREAS, the specific purpose of the donation appea.red in
the official records of the Board of Commissioners and the pro"
perty has not been used for such purposc: and
WHEREAS, Bill C. Grant and Mary M. Grant, have ma.de written
demand for such property in compliance with Section 255.22,
Florida Statutesl
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis-
sioners of Collier County Florida that
(1). The Board finds that a reconveyance of the following
described land is in compliancc with all requirements of Section
255.22, Florida Statutes:
The East 30 feet of the South 50 feet
of the North 210 feet of tho South one-half
Lot 138, NAPLES GROVE AND TRUCK COMPANY'S
LITTLE Fl\RNS No.2, !is recordAd in Plat Book 1,
at page 27 of the Public Records of Collier
County, Florida.
(2). The Chairman of the Board is hereby authorized
execute a deed reconveying said property to Bill C.Grant ahd
Mary ~1. Grant, a copy of said deed attached hereto as Exhibit
and incorporated herein.
