ATLAS OF MAPS OF THE IMMOKALEE AREA PLANNING DISTRICT
BY CHANGING THE ZONING DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION OF THE
PROPERTY HEREINBELOW DESCRIBED FROM 'I-C-3' TO nI-~HSD'
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE:
WHEREAS,LEON PL~NKETT,owner of the property hereinafter
described,petitioned the Board of County Commissioners of Collier
County,Florida,to change the zoning classification of the real
property hereinafter described.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSICN~R~
OF COLLIER COUNTY,FLORIDA:
SECTION ONE:
