RESOLUTION NO. 84- 48
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A DEED
FOR THE RECONVEYANCE OF LANDS NOT USED
FOR THE PUBLIC PURPqSE SPECIFIED WITHIN A
PERIOD OF SIXTY MONTHS
liHEREAS, property has been conveyed to Collier County
with(')ut receipt of valuable consideration to the donor, and
WHEREAS, such pro}erty has not been used 'by the County for a
period of sixty consecutive months and there is no public
necessity for the property in the future, and
WHEREAS, S.W. Pritchard, Jr. and Beatrice H. Pritchard,
husband and wif.e, are the grantor's successors in title and own
land adjoining the previously convey.ed land, and
WHEREAS, the specific purpose of the donation appeared in
the offict~l recordA ~f thA Ba~rd of Commissioners and the
property has not been used for such purpose, and
WHEREAS, S.W. Pritchard, Jr. and Beatrice H. Pritchatd,
have made written demand for such property in compliance with
Section 255.22, Florida Statutes;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County Florida that
(1). The Board finds that a reconveyance of the following
described land is in compliance with all requirements of Section
255.22, Florida Statutes:
The East thirty feet of the South 110 feet
of th~ North 160 feet of the South one and
one half of Lot 138, NAPLES GROVE AND TRUCK
COMPANY'S LITTLE FAm1S No.2, as recorded in
plat bOOK 1, at page 27 of the public records
of Collier County Florida.
(2) . The Chairman of the Board is hereby authot'ized to
execute a deed reconveying said property to S.li. Pt'itchard, :Jr.
