COMPREHENSXVE ZONING REGULATI0~S FOR THE
UNINCORPORATED AREA OF THE COASTAL AREA
PLANNING DISTRICT BY AKENDING SECTION 25-
RESIDENTIAL TOURIST DISTRICT AND PROVID-
ING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WaEREAS, the Coastal Area Planning Commission
the Board of County Commissioners, Collier County,
Florida to amend ~he Comprehensiv~ Zoning Regulations for the
unincorporated area of ~he Coastal Area Planning District of
Collier County, Florida as hereinafter described:
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida:
SECTION ONE:
The Comprehensive Zoning Regulations for the unin-
corporated area of the Coastal Area Planning District of Collier

Amend Section 25 - RT-Residential Tourist District, by gi

6. Minimum Yard Requirements: ~
A. Depth of front yard-thirty(30) feet p~
(1) foot for each two (2) feet of building
height over forty-five (45) feet.

one (1) foot for each two (2) feet of building
height over forty-five (45) feet.
SECTION TWO:
This Ordinance shall become effective upon receipt of
notice.that it has been filed with t~e Secretary of State.
