Ordinance 77-14LJ oRDImU~cE NO. _27_~4 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 76-30, THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE FOR THE UNINCOR- PORATED AREA OF THE COASTAL AREA PLANNING DISTRICT CHANGING THE ZONING DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION OF THE PROPERTY HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED FROM "A-ST" AGRICULTURAL SPECIAL TREATMENTv TO "RS-4-GH~ RESIDENTIAL SINGLE-4-GROUP HOUSING AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. ~IEREAS, Lely Estates, Inc., owners of the property herein- after described, petitioned the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida, to change the Zoning Classification of the real property hereinafter described. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUIT~Y COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA~ SECTION ONE~ 1. The Zoning Classification of the hereinafter described real property in Collier County, Florida, is changed from "A-ST" to 'RS-4-GH" and the Off,cia1 Zoning Atlas described in O~nar~ 76-30 is hereby amended accordingly= ~ i~~I ~ From "A-ST" to "RS-4-GH" A 60+ acre peninsular tract of land lying imm el south of a tidal water body adjacent the south boundary of Bonita Beach Road. The tractfs westerly boundary is a line having a bearing of South 18021'46" East which passes through a point located on the north line of Section 6, Township 48 South, Range 25 East, 170.68 feet westerly from the north quarter corner of said Section 6. The remaining boundary of the peninsular tract is tidal shoreline. SECTION TWO: This Ordinance shall become effective upon notice of receipt from the Secretary of State.
