Ordinance 77-10ESTATES UNIT i TO THE COLLIER COUNTY
LIGHTING DISTRICT~ PROVIDING FOR CONSTRUCTION,
AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER
COUNTY, FLORIDA:
SECTION ONE
Collier County Ordinance No. 72-1 is hereby amended by adding
the following described land to the Collier County Lighting District.
All property lying within Coconut River Estates Unit
as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 58 of the Public
Records of Collier County, Florida.
SECTION TWO
A. Construction
This ordinance shall be 1~berally construed to effectuate
public purpose.
If any portion, phrase' or word of this ordinance ia held
or unconstitutional, the remaining parts shall not be affected.
B. Effective Date
Effective date of this or~/nance shall become effective as
provided by law.
