AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 76-30 THE
COMPREHENSIVE ZONING REGULATIONS FOR THE
UNINCORPORATED AREA OF THE COASTAL AREA
PLANNING DISTRICT OF COLLIER COUNTY,
FLORIDA BY AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS MAP
NO. 48-25-8 BY CHANGING THE ZONING DISTRICT
FROM "A" AGRICULTURE TO "GRC" GENERAL
RETAIL COMMERCIAL FOR PROPERTY LOCATED IN
SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 48 SOUTH, RANGE 25
EAST AND LOCATED NORTH OF THE VANDERBILT
BANK AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE=
WHEREAS, Mart Realty/Collier Development Coz-p%.ration
petitioned the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County,
Florida to change the zoning classification of the real property
hereinafter described;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida=
SECTION ONE:
The zoning classification of the hereinbelow described
real property in Collier County, Florida is changed from "A#
Agriculture to "GRC" General Retail Commercial and the Official
Zoning Atlas Map Number 48-25-8 described in Ordinance 76-30
hereby amended accordingly=
A parcel of land in Section 34, Township 48 South,
Range 25 East, Collier County, Florida more par-
ticularly described as follows:
From the NW corner of Pine Ridge Second Extension,
as recorded in Plat Book 10, ~age 86, Public
Records of Collier County, Florida, at the inter-
section of the Northerly ROW line of Hickory Road
as shown on said plat and the West line of Section
34, said' West line being theEasterly ROW line of
US 41; run N 0°55'24"W, along said West line for
30.53 feet to the West quarter-section corner of
said Section 34; thence N 01o00'42"W, continuing
along said West line for 299.47 feet to the Point
of Beginning; thence continue N 01o00'42"W, along
said We&t line for 200.00 feet; thence N 88o59'18"E
for 500.00 feet; thence.S 48o44'17"E fo= 297.3 ,~eet~..
