FAMILY, 'GRC' GENERAL RETAIL COMMERCIAL AND
"RS-4' RESIDENTIAL SINGLE FAMILY FOR PROP-
ERTY IX)CATED IN TRACTS C,D,E,F,G, AND H,
UNIT 11, MARCO BEACH SUBDIVISION AND PRO-
VIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Deltona Corporation petitioned the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida to change the zoning
classifications of the real property hereinafter described,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida:
SECTION ONE:
The Zoning Classifications of the hereinbelow des~ribed
real property in Collier County, Florida is changed from 'RT'
Residential TOurist, 'PC' Professional Commercial, and
Residential Single Family to 'RM-2' Residential Multiple Family,
"GRC" General Retail Commercial and "RS-4" Residential Single
Family and the Official Zoning Atlas Map Number MI-5 des
Ordinance 76-30 is hereby amended accordingly and as more
cally delineated in the attached Exhibit:
FROM RT TO EM-2 AND GRC:

FROM RT TO RM-2:

SECTION TWO:
This Ordinance shall become effective upon receipt of notice
that it has been filed with the Secretary of State.
