ORDINANCE 76-30 THE COMPREHENSIVE
ZONING REGL~2%TIONS FOR THE UNINCOR-
PORATED AREA OF THE COASTAL AREA
PLANNING DISTRICT BY C~ANGING THE
ZONING DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION OF
CERTAIN PROPERTIES IN THE COASTAL
AREA PLANNING DISTRICT TO VARIOUS
ZONING CLASSIFICATIONS AS HEREIN- '
AFTER SHOWN AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE:
WHEREAS, the Coastal Area Rlanning Comndssion petitioned~'e
Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida, to
change the Zoning Classification of the real properties hereinafter
described.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners
of Collier County, Florida:
SECTION ONE:
The Zoning Classification of the hereinbelow described real
properties are changed to various classifications and the Official
Zoning Atlas as described in' Ordinance 76-30 is hereby amended
accordingly:

specifically described as,
Beginning at the C/L of Tamiam/ Trail 1740 feet East of West section
line, run South 1608 feet, East. 240 feet, North 1608 feet, West 240
feet to P.O.B. less the North 1245 feet.
SECTION TWO:
This Ordinance shall become effective upon receipt of notice that it
has been filed with the Secretary of State.
