NO. MI-5 AND MI-10 BY CHANGING THE ZONING
DISTRICT FROM 'GC" GOLF COURSE TO "RS-4"
RESIDENTIAL SINGLE FAMILY FOR PROPERTY

25, MARCO BEACH SUBDIVISION AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE~
WHEREAS, Deltona Corporation petitioned the Board of
County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida to change
the zoning classification of the real p~operty hereinafter
described,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED ~y the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida=
SECTION ONE~
The Zoning Classification of the hereinbelow described
real property in Collier County, Florida, is changed from
the Official Zoning Atlas Maps Numbers MI-5 and MI-10 1~ ~ ~
cribed in Ordinance 76-30 are hereby amended according' i
Tracts C and., Unit 25, Marco Beach Subdivi.ii~ ~ ~.~
SECTION TWO:
This Ordinance shall become effective upon receipt of
notice that it has been filed with the Secretary of State.
