AN EFFECTIVE DATE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OP COLLIER
COUNTY,. FLORIDA=
SECTION ONE=
Collier County Ordinance No. 72-1 is hereby amended by adding
the followi~g described land to the Collier County Lighting Dietriotl
All lands lying within Park Place Subdivision,
as recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 31, of the
Public Records of Collier County, Florida
SECTION TWO=
A. 'Co~s'~ru'c~ion
This ordinance shall be liberally construed to effectuate its
public purpose.
If any portion, phrase or word of this ordinance is held invalid
or unconstitutional, the remaining parts shall not be affected.
B.' Effe=~ive Date
Effective date of this ordinance shall become effective as
provided by law.
