BY ADDING CERTAIN LANDS OF PARK SHORE UNIT
5 SUDDIVISION TO THE COLLIER COUNTY LIGHTING
DISTRICT, PROVIDING FOR CONSTRUCTION~ AND AN
EFFECTIVE DATE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF.COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER
COUNTY, FLORIDAz
SECTION ONE~
Collier County Ordinance No. 72-1 is hereby amended by adding
the following described land to the Collier County Lighting District~
All lands lying within Park Shore Unit No. 5, as recorded
in Plat Dook 12, Pages 39 and 40, of the Public Records of
Collier County, Florida.
SECTION TWO:
A. Construction
This ordinance shall be liberally construed to effectuate its
public purpose.
If any portion, phrase or word of this ordinance is held invalid
or unconstitutional, theremaining parts shall not be affected.

provided by law.
