BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER
COUNTY, FLORIDA~

the following described land to the Collier County Lighting Districtl
All lands lying within Lely Country Club
Torrey PAnes Subdivision, as recorded An
Plat Book 12, Page 32, of the Public Records
of Collier County, Florida.
SECTION TWOI
A. Construction
This ordinance shall be liberally construed to effectuate its
public purpose.
If any portion, phrase or word of this ordinance ia held invalid
or unconstitutional, the remain~ng parts shall not be affected.

Effective date of this ordinance aha11 become effective as
provided by law.
