WHEREAS, The Deltona Corporation petitioned the Board of
County Commissioners to change the zoning classification of the
hereinbelow described real property,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida,
SECTION ONE,
The Zoning Classification of the herein described real
property is changed from "RS-3-ST" Residential Single Family
Special Treatment District, to "RS-3" Residen~ial Single
Family, and the Official Zoning Atlas Map, Number 52-26-9,
is amended accordingly~
A meander traverse line that locates the limit
of the seaward limit of the upland vegetation
around Barfield Bay through Marco Beach Unit
Thirteen as recorded in Plat Book 6, Pages 92
through 99 inclusive of the Public Records of
Collier County, Florida, and through Marco Beach~
Unit Nine as recorded in Plat Book 6, Pages 69
through 73 inclusive of the aforementioned
Public Records, and thrcugh Marco Beach Unit FiV~

inclusive of the aforementioned Public Records
